With more than 25 years of experience in architecture, she has built a career designing spaces that bring people together through thoughtful, human-centered design. A licensed architect in the United States and Brazil, Monica has led complex projects across higher education, healthcare, aviation, research, and international markets. Her longstanding commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging inspired the creation of Belonga, while her passion for leveraging AI to improve everyday lives led to the development of InForma. Today, she combines design thinking, product management, and emerging technologies to build ethical AI solutions that help people connect, learn, and thrive.

Isabella Cabral

Fitness & Performance Consultant

Isabella Cabral is the Head of Fitness & Performance at Forma Labs Technologies, bringing expertise in exercise science, athletic performance, and wellness education to the company's health-focused AI products. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, is a former CrossFit competitor, a dedicated triathlete, and a Brazilian fitness influencer who has inspired thousands through educational health and fitness content. At Forma Labs, Isabella serves as the fitness subject matter expert, validating workout methodologies, exercise programming, movement quality, and educational content for InForma. Working alongside the product team, she helps ensure that the platform delivers safe, evidence-based, and engaging fitness experiences for users of all levels.

Lucas Retzke is a Junior Software Developer at Forma Labs Technologies, contributing to the development of the company's AI-powered applications. Passionate about software engineering and emerging technologies, he supports front-end development, feature implementation, application testing, quality assurance, and product prototyping. As a member of the next generation of technology innovators, Lucas brings fresh perspectives and a strong curiosity for artificial intelligence and modern software development. Working closely with the leadership team, he helps transform innovative ideas into intuitive digital experiences while continuing to expand his technical skills through hands-on product development.
